Call Waiting

Enables you to answer a call whilst already engaged in another call. You will be advised of a second call waiting via a call waiting tone. To answer the waiting call, press the assigned button which will appear on the screen of your handset. You will then be connected with the waiting party and this in turn places the original party on hold. Further instructions will appear on the handset to guide you placing your new call back on hold and returning to your original call.
