The Wallboard feature allows for users to monitor inbound calls and agent usage. There is also the ability to create and configure multiple reports based on call flow, agent activity, missed calls and abandoned calls. Wallboard has the ability to set users as supervisors and agents which allows log on to be created for multiple users on a single site. Supervisors will have the ability to monitor agents status and note call length.
There are 3 options to take on the Wallboard:
Allows historic viewing of all users set up for Akixi Reporting.
Allows reports to be run of all Akixi Lite and 1000 users. This also provides a real time wallboard for subscribers and Hunt Groups.
Allows reports to be run of all Akixi Lite, 1000 and 2000 users. This also provides a real time wallboard for subscribers, Hunt Groups and ACD Call Centres

All reports are self explanatory. However, should you have any difficulty with any of the reports, there is a built in help guide which can be accessed any time by pressing F1. This will bring up a help page specifically designed for the page you are on.
