Draytek Router Troubleshooting

Please note: If your router is supported by Inclarity, they are responsible for the configuration file and for checking the below. If the router is not supported by Inclarity, please ensure the below checks are made:

SIP ALG must be disabled

SIP ALG causes issues with VoIP services and must be disabled to ensure it does not interfere with calls or VoIP features. To check if SIP ALG is active, telnet into the router and use the following command

sys sip_alg ?

To disable SIP ALG, enter the following command

sys sip_alg 0
