Thomson Router Troubleshooting

Please note: If your router is supported by Inclarity, they are responsible for the configuration file and for checking the below. If the router is not supported by Inclarity, please ensure the below checks are made:

SIP ALG must be disabled

SIP ALG causes issues with VoIP services and must be disabled to ensure it does not interfere with calls or VoIP features. If SIP ALG is active, the below line of config will be in the Thomson config

bind application=SIP port=5060-5060

To remove this, perform the command:

connection unbind application=SIP port=5060
