Error Messages

  • Press cancel on the error message
  • Click the flowery looking icon on the toolbar. 
  • Click Account
    Check your Telephone Number is correct. This should be in standard UK format - for example "08009878000". This should be the telephone number of your own subscriber and not your main business number
  • The password is blanked out. Please enter this again. This will be the same as your voicemail and Phone Manager PIN
  • Press OK and attempt to log in again. If the problem still occurs, click Connection
  • Change the Host Address to 82.112.233.74
  • Ensure the Host Port is 2208
  • Press OK and attempt to log in again. If the problem still occurs, contact Customer Services
