Error Message

  • Right click on your UC icon, which at this point should be a grey dot on your taskbar
  • Click Configuration
  • Check your Telephone Number is correct. This should be in standard UK format - for example "08009878000". This should be the telephone number of your own subscriber and not your main business number
  • The password is blanked out. Please enter this again. This will be the same as your voicemail and Phone Manager PIN
  • If the problem still occurs, please contact Customer Services to check your licence has been applied correctly
