The hot desking feature allows users to log onto preconfigured hot desk handset with their phone number and call settings.
This is very useful for when there are multiple staff members using one handset, and allows for supervisors to separate agent activity and monitor usage.
Hot desking can be set up by inclarity and is accessible using a short dial code.
Polycom Hot Desking
