The Call Reporting product is a basic service which relies on CDR's to pull through call details. The service is offered as a cheaper alternative to the full Akixi Call Reporting suite.

Username: customerxxxxx (the xxxxx represents the customer number which can be found on the SMT)
Password: welcome

The portal will prompt a password change on first sign-in.

NB: Please note, the portal login will not be generated until midday the following day after the service is activated on the SMT. This may also be delayed at the beginning of the month due to bill run
